Gethsemane Lutheran Church of Manchester will hold a Service of Thanksgiving
on May 4th at 2:00pm
The congregation was organized by Swedish immigrants in 1882. Many of the first members participated in the construction of the church building at
65 Sagamore Street, dedicated in 1887.
A special service celebrating the history of Gethsemane and its service to the wider Manchester community will be held on that Sunday, May 4, at 2:00pm.
The Reverend Christopher G. Hoyer will be preaching.
